Eyelash extensions

Individual eyelash extensions are single synthetic, mink, or silk fibres applied one by one directly to each of your natural lashes. Unlike strip lashes, which sit on the skin and require daily removal, individual extensions bond to your lashes for a seamless, natural finish that moves and sits exactly as your own lashes do.

The result can be as subtle or as dramatic as you like. Whether you want a barely-there enhancement or a bold, full look, the length, curl, and thickness of the extensions are chosen to suit your eye shape and personal preference.

Your appointment begins with a short consultation to discuss your desired look, taking into account your natural lash condition and eye shape. You then lie comfortably while your lower lashes are gently secured with a soft pad to keep them out of the way.

Each extension is applied individually using a specially formulated adhesive, which bonds to a single natural lash at a time. The process is meticulous and relaxing, with most clients finding it so comfortable they drift off to sleep. A full set typically takes between 1.5 and 2.5 hours.

Results are immediate. You leave with a full, polished set of lashes that require no mascara and no effort.

Arrive with completely clean eyes. Remove all eye makeup, mascara, and contact lenses before your appointment, as the adhesive will not bond properly to oily or product-covered lashes. Avoid using oil-based cleansers or makeup removers around the eyes on the day.

Skip the curling iron before you come in, and if you regularly use a lash serum, let your technician know as certain serums can affect adhesive performance.

Wear comfortable clothing and plan to keep your eyes closed for the full duration of the appointment. Avoid caffeine beforehand if you find it difficult to lie still for extended periods.

For the first 24 hours, keep your lashes completely dry and avoid steam, heat, and humidity. This allows the adhesive to cure fully and ensures your extensions last as long as possible.

After the initial 24 hours, cleanse your lashes regularly using a lash-safe, oil-free cleanser. Clean lashes retain extensions far better than those left uncleaned, so daily gentle washing is encouraged rather than avoided. Brush through the extensions each morning with a clean spoolie to keep them neat and separated.

Avoid oil-based products anywhere near the eye area, as these break down the adhesive over time. Sleeping on your back where possible will also help preserve the set.

Infills are recommended every two to three weeks to maintain a full look, as extensions shed naturally alongside your own lash cycle. A well-maintained set with regular infills can be kept up indefinitely without needing to start from a full set each time.
